In july 2024,
To continue my studies, I gratued my Bachelors degree in hotel and catering management in Strasbourg at the Lycée Alexandre Dumas.
These 2 years were very enriching and enabled me to discover 3 branches of the hotel and catering industry.
During my first year, I learned about the kitchen, accommodation and table service.
In my second year, I specialized in accommodation.
I was able to learn the different parts of this profession and thus specialize in this field.
